Stonyhurst Rugby Centenary – Friday 3rd June 2022
The day kicked off at 11am with the official blessing and opening of the new pavilion on Smithfield followed by the OS decades rugby tournament on Smithfield where 150 OS once again had the chance to don a Stonyhurst rugby shirt and step on to Smithfield. A very close and hard fought final between the OS20 and OS19 teams, with the OS20 team coming away with the bragging rights… until next time!
We concluded the day of celebrations with the Rugby Centenary Gala Dinner at Stonyhurst where 475 guests joined us for an fabulous evening with rugby at the heart of it!
Our thanks go to the entire Stonyhurst community, hundreds of whom supported the celebrations.
